Shipping Policy

Your orders are shipped every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders placed the day before (J-1) or on the day of (J) before 12pm will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery times can take up to 10 to 15 days depending on the carrier.

We sometimes recycle cardboard, packing material or bubble wrap from our suppliers to send your orders and thus reduce our impact on the planet.

If you notice an error in your delivery address or in your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form so that we can rectify the situation ( if it is not already too late! ).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to notify you.
